Problem Note 68184: The NLDATEYW and NLDATMYW formats return the word "week" in English instead of the correct word in the language specified by the LOCALE system option

The correct word for “week” does not appear in the language that is specified by the LOCALE system option when you are using the NLDATEYW and NLDATMYW formats.
This example code illustrates the problem:
options locale="Fr_fr";
data _null_;
dy=today();
dt=datetime();
put "Week is not written using locale language %sysfunc(getoption(locale))";
put @5 dy=NLDATEYW32. dt=NLDATMYW32.;
put "however Quarter is";
put @5 dy=nldateyq32.;
run;
data _null_;
dy=today();
dt=datetime();
put "Week is not written using locale language %sysfunc(getoption(locale))";
put @5 dy=NLDATEYW32. dt=NLDATMYW32.;
put "however Quarter is";

After running the above code, the word “Week” appears in the log, but “Semaine” should be displayed for the French language locale:
Week is not written using locale language FR_FR
dy=Week 30 2021 dt=Week 30 2021
however Quarter is
dy=3e trimestre 2021
dy=Week 30 2021 dt=Week 30 2021
however Quarter is
dy=3e trimestre 2021
